Richmond Teen Programs

Richmond Promise Community Workshops: Tonight January 27th & February 11th

Thinking about college? All Richmond residents graduating high school in 2016 who have attended schools within the West Contra Costa Unified School District boundaries since at least the 9th grade are eligible for up to $1,500 per year for college education under the new Richmond Promise program.

The workshops will focus on the goals and eligibility requirements to apply for a Richmond Promise scholarship, and will provide an opportunity for questions and answers.  The presentation will also include information on how to fill out a successful application for 2016 seniors who are Richmond residents and attend a high school in the WCCUSD boundaries.
