The Water Resource Recovery Division is accepting permit applications electronically using the eTRAKiT permit portal for Sanitary Sewer Lateral Video Reviews & Compliance Certificates.

Applicants unable to submit electronically may submit their permit applications in person by appointment. Scheduled appointments must adhere to Social Distancing protocols. To schedule an appointment, please call (510) 620-6594 or email your request and contact phone number to wrr@ci.richmond.ca.us and Water Resource Recovery Staff will contact you directly to schedule the appointment to apply in person. Customers arriving without an appointment will be seen as openings in the appointment schedule allows.
